Oscar and Francisca Chacón are third generation coffee producers, the couple are among the very first farmers in Costa Rica to produce honey and natural specialty coffee. This naturally fermented coffee is sweet and creamy with plenty of bubbly fruit acidity, fruity with berries, ripe cherries, caramel and floral flavors. this coffee is suitable for, among other things, Cold Brew, Aero Press and V60.
