This coffee was produced by local smallholder producers in the Guji growing area in southern Ethiopia. Coffee from the Guji region is wel known for its sweetness, intense flavor and chocolate. The moderate temperatures and plentiful rainfall of the region makes an ideal environment for coffee cultivation, and the soil is rich and fertile. This is a sun-dried processed bean, which gives it an intense sweetness. These beans are bought direct from my supplier, making sure the working conditions and fair price to the farmers.
