Ethiopia Sidamo Natural | Arabica 100% | Whole beans - Espresso

This coffee was produced by local smallholder producers in the Sidamo growing area of Ethiopia. Sidamo coffee is well known for its floral aroma, fruity and intense sweetness. The volcanic soil and high elevations in the Sidamo region also mean that the coffee tends to ripen slower, this allows the cherries to develop those complex flavours and aromas that are characteristic of Sidamo coffee. This is a sun-dried processed bean, which gives it an intense sweetness. These beans are bought direct from my supplier, making sure the working conditions and fair price to the farmers.
