This coffee was produced by local smallholder producers in the Yirgacheffe growing area of Ethiopia and was processed at the Gerbato washing station operated by Tebarek Eshetu. The Gerbato washing station was established in 2012 and processes cherries from approximately 1660 local smallholder contributors to the mill.
