This coffee was produced by local smallholder producers in the Yirgachefe growing area in southern Ethiopia. Coffee from the Yirgachefe region is wel known for its floral aroma, fruity and bright acidity. The moderate temperatures and pentiful rainfall of the region makes an ideal environment for coffee cultivation, and the soil is rich and fertile. This is a sun-dried processed bean, which gives it an intense sweetness. These beans are bought direct from my supplier, making sure the working conditions and fair price to the farmers.
