This coffee was produced by local smallholder producers in the Yirgacheffe growing area of Ethiopia. Yirgacheffe coffee is well know for its floral aroma and fruity acidity. Thise beans are bought direct from my supplier, making sure the working conditions and fair price to the farmers.
